Before we went to Chris we already went to two different lenders one lender ended up ghosting us after months of having us do all this paperwork and promising we were good to go and the other couldn’t help us. You actually took the time to just talk to me before I even signed with you. Literally you could have told me, no I'm not going to help you until you sign but that's not the kind of person you are. You talked to me for about an hour and advised my on all of my options, not just with my house but my other loans. (Even when I thought I knew best.) If you’re looking for someone who is all about you Chris is your guy. Seriously I’ve known Chris 4+ years and surprisingly only have met him in person 1 time (our fault) When my wife and I heard of Chris it was our first house, we started the process and then decided to up and move to NC. Chris didn’t get upset because he’s not trying to sell us, he genuinely cares and wished us his best. We had a horrible experience with our lender there and I’d ask Chris questions without any hesitation he tried to find the answer if he didn’t know since different states have different regulations. Eventually we moved back to PA. While trying to buy a house here I made a mistake and entered a wrong number. My own realtor team turned their backs on me, but not Chris. He worked hard for me, he defended me and even when I almost backed out on the house because of my realtor team he supported me. Chris is one of the busiest guys I’ve met that will always try to make time for you. Even today weeks after we settled and moved into our house I texted him that I had a question about escrow, and I wasn’t expecting him to call being later on a Sunday especially when I can hear the fun going on behind him. To Chris you aren’t another number or just a paycheck. To him you’re a person/family that he truly wants the best for and I hope that everyone gets the chance to experience the professional, straightforward, hardworking and caring person that Chris is. My family thanks him for being him.

Chris and his team contacted me 3 weeks before closing and said "Nate rates are down today would you like to re-start and save around $250 a month." With a little less than 3 weeks till closing Chris managed to save us $250 a month on our mortgage and still close on time with a pretty good rate. I would recommend Chris and his team to friends and family. If we ever decided to purchase another property we will definitely give Chris a call!

I'll start by saying that I HOPE this review reaches the mass interested in looking for a home and starting a new journey in life. I have much to say about Christopher. But to keep it short and simple(its not, haha, summed up review at bottom), I'll quickly explain my situation that my family and I were in then top it up with positives from my experience. We stumbled over our dream house and realized it was a home "we just had to have". We got that, "that feeling". Moving on, my wife had been planning to start a new business for about a year now, and in a few short months she would execute that goal. So she was out of picture for a loan. My situation was opposite. I had started my own business 1.7 years before. Unfortunately to be considered by underwriters/banks, one would need at least 2 full years of 1099 tax documents. Rather than go deeper we'll move on. Chris had met us out and explained all the intricacies of mortgage loans. We ran over 20 different types of scenarios in order to figure out which would work best. Well Chris did, we just stared the whole time and asked questions along the way. After out first meeting, we knew what needed to be done. Exactly, what needed to be done. He was very thorough in his explaining. A few months later is when my wife and I really started to believe in Chris. We knew that if we really wanted this house, we were in the best of hands to reach it. Calls, texting, he answered them all in the blink of an eye. I swear that he would answer a question while sleeping in the middle of the night/morning. And not just a quick "yes" or "no". We'd get more info than what we asked for. "Above and beyond" is exactly the type of trait he strives for his clients. I now realize I was supposed to sum this up and got excited a quarter of the way through. Apologies, couldn't help myself. What a great human being and amazing work ethic Chris has, he honestly deserves a even better written than this. I didn't go through half of what actually transpired. Summed up review, Chris clearly takes his job very very seriously. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and explain them in a detailed manner. Tons of knowledge to go along with his patience. He will try his absolute hardest to direct you and your family on the best path possible. Did I mention Chris worked on our loan process while he was on vacation? Absolute beast of a broker.

Buying a house has been quite an adventure. This was our first time buying a house and it was definitely a learning curve. My husband and I were preapproved on our loan through our bank, we found a home, we were waiting on the underwriters and about to pay the appraisal… Then we got a phone call that our bank will not give us the loan. We only had two more weeks to figure this out!!! Even though Chris is not a MLO in Virginia, I knew that he would be a great resource for information and advice. As soon as I told Chris about our situation, he was on top of it! He walked my husband and I through every step and explained everything in great detail on what we needed to do next. So the next step was to find a different lender. My husband and I thought we found a good loan officer who wanted us to go FHA with a 7.5% interest rate. I presented this information to Chris and he was very concerned that we were not getting treated fairly. He informed us that going conventional is a better option and it will save us money. He found a trustworthy loan officer who was able to get us a conventional loan with a 6.625% interest rate (our bank had us at an 8.5%)! And closing costs were much lower too! Throughout this whole process, Chris has checked up on us to insure that we were okay. He made sure that we were getting the best deal. He knew that our situation was a nightmare! BUT he was able to guide us and educate us on things first time home buyers do not know. And because of him, I am now writing this review in our new home. Just to note… Chris did not profit from any of this. He did it out of the kindness of his heart. So, if you are looking for someone to help you with buying a home, I would go to this man. 100%!!!
